Single Crystal Oxide Wafers
Acura Materials Corp. specializes in the production of single crystal oxide wafers including but not limited to Lithium Tantalate (LiTaO3 or LT) and Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3 or LN) and Lithium Tetraborate (Li2B4O7 or LBO) wafers for surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices, bulk acoustic wave (BAW) devices, oscillators, resonators and sensors as well as optical applications. Sapphire (Al2O3 or synthetic corundum) wafers are mainly being used in high bright LED production.
In recent years, we have maintained a significant profile within the industry, offering a range of crystal oxide wafers with very low TTV and LTV.
From the outset, we have strived to work closely with our customers, to ensure our quality meets the stringent demands of particular process requirements and design rules. We also work closely with Universities, in providing solutions to their particular R&D requirements.
